- Payment Information: When charging the "LABAS" wallet, you must enter the necessary payment information, such as information related to electronic payment cards used in accordance with the available and approved payment systems in Libya.
- Document Images: Images of medical prescriptions and medical test requests that you submit through the application are collected to facilitate the provision of the required services.
- Other Data: Information collected through your inquiries, complaints, or comments when communicating with customer service.

Unsubscribing from marketing messages will not affect the receipt of important notifications related to your account or the services you have requested.

The "LABAS" application reserves the right to modify or update the Privacy Policy at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes through in-app notifications or by sending them via email to registered accounts. These amendments shall be effective 7 days from the date of notification.
